Greetings Huntstone Homeowners and Community,
Your Board of Directors has been working very hard to make this transition with our new management company, Cedar Management Group, as smooth as possible. We have been meeting with the community manager, vendors, and homeowners that are interested in volunteering their time to make Huntstone a better living community. Your Board has interviewed and voted in two new Board members to finish out the term until September and we would like to welcome:

Below are a few updates:
Lawn Maintenance: We are working on getting the HOA common areas that are not being maintained cleared and/or maintained on a more consistent schedule. There is orange netting around several homes which were left after construction was completed. We have contacted the developers to remove them as soon as possible. This should be happening in the upcoming weeks, so please be on the lookout for this to happen soon.
Pool: Unfortunately, the pool will not be open for this season. We are currently waiting for a general contractor to share with us the projected cost to renovate the pool and to rebuild the clubhouse. Once we find out the cost for the project, we will be sure to share with the community.
Roads: The state has been contacted about the concerns of the roads and they will be coming out soon to take a look at the current damages. As you are driving, please abide by all traffic signs. Stop signs are placed at each intersection for your safety. As a friendly reminder, the speed limit throughout the subdivision is 25mph and please avoid driving on the lawn areas of other homeowner’s property to avoid damages.
We are excited to share that we have a new website for our community to assist with communicating to everyone what is happening in our Huntstone Community!!! We were not able to list everything in this email, so please go to our new Huntstone website at https://huntstone.wpengine.com/ Our website lists information on events that will be happening this year (listed under “Calendar” tab), Governing Documents-covenants and By-Laws (listed under “About Us-Governing Documents” tab) and answers to frequently asked questions (listed under the “FAQ” tab).
We have tried to get a meeting planned sooner, but since we have had several transitions we were unable to do so. We appreciate your patience and your Board of Directors will like to plan a virtual meeting to introduce ourselves, provide updates and to hear from you. The link and meeting agenda are provided below. This virtual meeting will be scheduled for Sunday, June 11, 2023 2-3:30pm. Please make sure you are able to log in a few minutes before the start time to make sure you can access the meeting and attend.
