For residential customer service you can contact Duke Energy at 1-800-777-9898. Listed in the “Disclosures to Buyers” it states that the monthly costs of operation will be prorated and added to the monthly electric bill of each customer served. Electricity is listed in the HOA budget to pay for electricity that is needed for street lights for the front entrance of the subdivision.

Cedar Management is responsible for handling all the day-to-day administrative work that comes with running a community association. This includes communicating with homeowners, meeting monthly with the HOA Board, accounting and collections, resolving disputes, and managing the association’s finances. Cedar Management is also responsible for maintaining our community’s website, assisting with reserve planning, providing Board education materials, coordinating with vendors, and legal assistance when needed

Your Board has met with a new general contractor to share the damages from the fire. We are in the process of getting a proposal for the new clubhouse and pool renovation project. Once we find out how much this project will cost, we will communicate this information to the community.

We are working on getting a consistent schedule with the landscaping contractor to make sure all common areas are being maintained. Previously there was not a binding contract that laid out maintenance for all common areas.
