This committee is designed to establish and promote camaraderie among Huntstone residents by planning a steady flow of annual and seasonal events for neighbors to look forward to (holiday parties, community barbecues, etc).
This committee is responsible for establishing pool use rules, regulations, and policies. In addition, they maintain and ensure the safety of the Huntstone swimming pool and bath houses.
This committee is dedicated to keeping our neighbors informed of what’s happening in our community. The community engagement committee and the public relations committee will be working closely together. The HOA would like to communicate regularly with homeowners by providing monthly/quarterly updates. The public relations committee will work closely with the HOA board by maintaining positive communication with homeowners through community website/portal so they are aware of community opportunities.
This committee is responsible for ensuring that any changes to the exterior of the homes conform to the standards set by the CC&Rs. The ARC application process is also the main way for an HOA to ensure that no approved exterior additions and modifications will have a negative impact on the appearance of the community. The duties of an HOA architectural committee include the evaluation and processing of ARC applications from residents or from the HOA board itself and advising on updates to the Architectural Rules and Regulations.
